My Kind of English Newsletter
Hello, my friends; this is the newsletter page where I will be uploading my various blog posts for anyone to read. When you subscribe to this site, you should automatically receive a regular newsletter. It will have different genres, such as Grammar, Vocabulary, Idioms and Jargon, plus new types of activities and games that are coming out.
Grammar Newsletter
This type of newsletter will present different grammar points and explain them in as simplistic terms as possible, along with activities and games for each person to attempt.
Vocabulary and Jargon Newsletter
The Vocabulary newsletter design is to present new and exciting vocabulary and some of its history. Therefore, the more ways a person learns a new word, the better they will remember it.
Idioms and Slang
Idioms and slang are words and phrases that, even if you use a dictionary to find the meanings, you still won’t understand the importance of the expression itself. These often require much further explanation and even pictures to gain the “gist” of the meaning
Activities and Games
A core method of learning used in My Kind of English is games and activities. Students better understand what’s taught when a word or grammar point repeats itself differently. This also prevents boredom, which is the enemy of learning.
Suggestions
This site is constantly improving, so don’t be surprised by any changes. Excellence is the ultimate goal in teaching English. We would love to hear from you if you have any suggestions or ideas; we may even put your proposal in it. We will do our best to add it to our repertoire of activities. And put you in our Hall of Fame of Great Ideas, and we will integrate the idea into our system.
